About the Speaker
Prof. Naik hails from a hamlet in the Palnadu district of Andhra Pradesh. He was born into an agricultural family and is a First-generation Educator. Prof. Naik has completed Chemical Engineering from Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam, an MBA from the University of Hyderabad (UoH), and a Doctorate (Ph.D.) from IIT Delhi.
He started his career as an Assistant Professor with the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Trichy in the year 2008. He specialises in the Management of Intellectual Property (IP), Technology & Innovation Management, Techno-Entrepreneurship and Project Management.
Prof. Naik has published and presented more than 90+ Research Papers in various reputed Journals and Conferences. He has filed four patents in the Indian Patent Office and has two granted patents.
