The Department of Economics, Easwari School of Liberal Arts is organising a Two-day Workshop on “Applied Econometrics: Leveraging with Software and Database” on March 07-08, 2025. This workshop aims to provide participants with a robust understanding of Econometrics, emphasising theoretical foundations and practical applications using STATA or R.
The workshop will also explore Time Series, Cross-Sectional, and Panel Data methodologies with hands-on experience in databases.
The workshops aim to ensure that participants will:
- Strengthen their understanding of Econometrics principles.
- Gain hands-on experience with data analysis using STATA/R.
- Learn to effectively apply econometric techniques in real-world scenarios.
Target Audience – Academicians, Research Scholars, Data Analysts, and practitioners in Economics, Commerce, Management and related disciplines.
