SRM University-AP, Amaravati, in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Pune, is set to host an ANRF-Sponsored Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on: “Recent Advancements in RF and Antenna Technologies“.
A series of distinguished speakers will be contributing to the discussion on cutting-edge developments in the field of RF and Antenna Technologies. Dr Ramesh Kumar Sonkar, Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Guwahati, will speak on Photonic Crystal-based Multiplexing Techniques for High-Speed Optical Communication. While Dr Amarjeet Singh, Assistant Professor in the Department of ECE at NIT Warangal, will explore Terahertz Antennas.
Dr Raj Kishore Kushwaha, Assistant Professor in the ECE Department at VIT Vellore, presents on Advanced Techniques in 3D Printed Antenna Design, and Dr Arvind Kumar, Assistant Professor in ECE at VNIT Nagpur, introduces Filtering Antennas and discusses recent advancements in Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW)-Based Filtering Antennas.
Bridging the gap between electronics and healthcare, Ms MVL Bhavani, a Research Scholar at SRM University-AP, Amaravati, contributes with a talk on Breast Cancer Detecting Systems Based on Antenna Sensors and Dr Biswajit Mukherjee, Associate Professor in the Department of Electronic Science at the University of Delhi, focuses on Electromagnetic Components for Biomedical Applications.
Lastly, Dr Arani Ali Khan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Jodhpur, discusses the Challenges of RF-Microwave Amplifier Design, addressing critical issues in high-frequency circuit design.
